Win Vista auto-searches for song album covers

Hi, I'm wondering if any of you who have Win Vista notices these. You get an MP3 by recording a song off IMEEM or someone else, a week or so later you notice some AlbumArt.jpeg files appearing in the same music folder corresponding to the album where the song was released by the artist.

How is Vista able to do this? This happens even if the music was recorded off IMEEM without any ID3 tags.
