Transformation of EM fields from rest frame to rotational frame

Hi, all:
I need to do some study which involves the transformation of EM fields from the rest frame to the rotational frame. May I ask what is the transformation relations. I think they will be different because there is even difference between two inertial frames. I'm not referring to relativisitc, just low angular velocity case.
