Can some 1 pls tell me how to measure the surface temperature of the filament bulb with a thermocople, do you put the sensor on the surface or what. As i am new to this can u pls help. Thanks you

You will not be able to get a meaningful temperature of a filament with a contact method. The thermal mass of a filament is very low, contact with any object will cause the filament to equalize in temperature with the probe, thus you will not measure the correct temperature.
See my response to this same question in your previous post. Please do not double post.
