Yup, the Fermilab's bubble chamber.
If you search google for donut it takes you to Fermilab's experiment called DONUT (Direct Observation of NU Tau), and then an image search for fermilab gives it.

I guess I'm not good at hints heh.

The numbers on the side are what helped. I wouldn't have found it otherwise. I saw your picture and was like "Really? Just a smokestack? I can find 6 of those in Philly!" haha
