Grant's tomb - I did't realise there were mosaics, not exactly in keeping with generals and granite monuments.

It's the surface of a pretty interesting creation. Does that lady have a tag hanging off her hat?

There is also a mosaic image of Dolly Parton on that large object.

Children climb on the object and play around and under (parts) of it.

Dolly Parton was relatively easy to Google, otherwise it was a tough one.

Especially for someone like me - living on the other continent.

My earlier hints were aimed at getting people to identify the lady in the mosaic. Minnie Pearl was a comedienne who performed at the Grand Ole Opry (country-music venue) and that should have been a clue as to the location. Her main props were a conservative-looking dress and a big flowered hat with a $1.98 price tag hanging off the brim. When she came on stage, she always started out with a shouted Ho-o-o-o-w De-e-e-e-e! Not that it would have been a good clue for you, Borek. I doubt that the Grand Ole Opry got a lot of air-play in Europe.
