Glucocerebrosidase enzyme that catalyses the separation of the glucose

This is a homework question, but it's research based so it's not a calculation
Glucocerebrosidase
It's an enzyme that catalyses the separation of the glucose part of a glucocerebroside by hydrolysis.
I've never taken a biology course so pretty much everything I can find on it is greek to me.
Any idea where I could find a diagram of its structure, an equation for the hydrolysis reaction it catalyzes (above) and how it was discovered?
