Question about CMB power spectrum

Why is it that the non-WMAP measurements on the attached power spectrum plot only have data points for angular scales around the third peak and beyond? Shouldn't it be easier to get the data points for the larger angular scales? The uncertainties on the WMAP data are certainly smaller for the larger angular scales.
