now this is my final module, i have three question a cannot answer

another quetion asks
a soap company tries to sell me a specialty spot remover, it says it can convert natural UV light therefore it looks whiter than white, what's the process does it go through?
what i have is not much and its probably wrong

another question is,
explain why DC system can not use an effecient stepped up voltage for long distance transmission? never mind i just answered this question.

i'm finish all of it, thanks anyways, i was able to find the answer elsewhere, or on my own
