1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data
A 1300 kg car rounds a curve of radius 70 m banked at an angle of 12°. If the car is traveling at 90 km/h, will a friction force be required? 2. Relevant equations i need help with work 3. The attempt at a solution |

start by drawing a free body diagram of the car on the bank, including the force of friction.
[Edit]- Keep in mind that a=v^2/r which will come in handy for this problem. Also remember that your velocity is in km/h |
