Reaction between Nitric Acid & Oxides of Titanium

Hello,

I am interested to know if Nitric acid, or any other oxidizing acid (if so which one) is able to react with the oxides of Titanium.

I am willing to find some ways in order to destroy oxides of Titanium, is there any other way too?

Thanks in advance.
