Cavitational phenomena??????

1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data

i have made a pipe to convey warm water of 60 Celsius .If the saturation vapor pressure @ 60 Celsius is
20 kN/m^2 and atmospheric pressure is 101.5kN/m^2 can the cavitation occur ?( I have made this pipe minimum external pressure of 70kN/m^2)

How to answer this problem ......?

2. Relevant equations

3. The attempt at a solution
