Wein Bridge Oscillator

I was doing the analysis on a wein bridge oscillator. I've derived expressions for the feedback fraction and so on.

I'm wondering what would happen if the op-amp wasn't ideal and there was some phase shift dependant on frequency.

I'm guessing that the phase shift would alter the gain required to cause oscillation.
