conditions for non-zero discrete Fourier transform?

Hi!
Let's consider discrete finite signal as simple vectors LaTeX Code: x in LaTeX Code: \\mathcal{R}^n . Taking the DFT (Discrete Fourier Transform) of LaTeX Code: x we obtain another vector in LaTeX Code: \\mathcal{R}^n .
Is it possible to give (non-trivial) conditions under which the DFT(x) is never zero?
