Convergence of Bessel Functions

What is the convergence of Modified Bessel Function of the first kind to order 0?

LaTeX Code: I<BR>_{0}=\\sum^{\\infty}_{k=0}\\frac{(Sin^{2}\\theta D^{2})^{k}}{(k!)^2}

Where D is a constant, LaTeX Code: \\theta is a variable in an integral in which the above LaTeX Code: I_{0} is part of the integrand.

Thanks
