bubble free palladium electrodes

Hi,

I would like to use palladium electrodes to product an electroomsotic flow and meanwhile avoid gas bubbles formation which would slow the flow. Are these electrodes really efficient to prevent bubble from beeing generated? I found only few explanation conrcerning this topic...

thank you!
