Last time I hand drew something was nyquist plots. I never really had to draw a curve after calc I. We always draw straight lines not curves, nyquist was an exception where we drew circles rather than lines.

Here's my 5-minute MATLAB approximation to the curve (I just made up some initial conditions):

Huh. Looks a lot like mine, just scaled up. I set y(1) = 0 for my curve.

Yeah, I just set y(-2π ) = 0 because it was easiest

Can't you set [tex]-2\pi i=0[/tex]? Wouldn't that be even easier??

If I was a poster in HH, I'd have set y(-2pie)=0.

My next room has more diversity than my small hometown. Within 3 months, I seen Russian, Australian, Canadian, and now Arabic come and go.

Irrespective of nationality, that's a really high turnover! What sort of place are you living in, root ?

Place is not that bad, it is bit below middle class or middle class. But I wish I had gone for upper middle class neighborhood.

I found this on craiglist and got in my two months deposit even before coming here. I am lucky it wasn't a spam or I found myself in a room with bullet holes I did the same thing when I went to west coast two times but both time I landed into really good neighborhoods and nice Christian landlords. It was more like gambling each time.

Two of them are work-travelers came here for work, lived only for one month. Other one moved to a nearby place to save money just few weeks after I reached here and then a new person moved in.

Nah, it'd be bullet poles. We prefer to subject crackpots to complex analysis. :)

My dog is snoring loudly. He was barking in his sleep earlier. Exciting dream put him into "protection mode", I guess.

Dogs have it good; all they have to do is eat, sleep, and play.

Cats have it better; they don't have to do tricks.
