Here's a random stupid conversation I had this morning:

Rep: We need document X.
Me: I shipped that back to your company on Monday via overnight mail with the paid shipping label they provided.
Rep: You mailed it back on Monday?
Me: Yes.
Rep: How did you send it? Two or three days mail?
Me: Overnight mail with the paid shipping label your company provided.
Rep: Oh we should have received it by now then.
Me:
Rep: I'll check with the mail room. I also need document Y.
Me: I sent that to Stacey the last week of March, then you requested it again and I sent it to you again on the sixth via e-mail.
Rep: You did?
Me: Yes.
Rep: Well I did not receive it! Let me check my e-mail.
*three minutes pass*
Rep: Oh yes, I have it here. Well I still need document X and we would not have received it since you sent it three days mail.

lol I think this is the only acceptable possibility lol ALL of my conversations with her have been like this. This week she requested the same document from me four times -_-

As soon I begin to write my report (for school), my mind goes blank and I stare at the word document until I find something for procrastination..

I hate when this happens to me. When this happens I usually just start writing any random thing about the subject and once it starts to flow I keep going and make corrections later OR I come to PF for procrastination
