O_O oh man I was once in the caribbean and the people I was staying with used warm water only as a luxury. I usually stay in the shower for at least 20 mins but I was out of there like lightening lol

I was with a huge herd of my young lesbian pals tonight at a coffeehouse. The whole time they were talking they were also thumbing away on their phones. I get home and find they were all posting amusing commentary on the live conversation on FaceBook. They were also, at the same time, spelling messages out to each other in sign language. Apparently it's now hip to learn to sign just like it used to be hip to learn Japanese a couple years back. They also jabber at each other in fake British accents. I think that's local to this particular tribe, though.

Walking past two women who had stopped to admire a small townhouse garden, I overheard the first one say "My how beautiful, it must be an orchid or something".

They were talking about the center piece, an 8 foot deciduous tree with absolutely no leaves on it, but with stunning pink/purple/white flowers all over, in the middle of winter.

An orchid? Really!?
