School talent show today and one of the acts managed to rickroll the entire assembly hall of just under 500 people.

He got up the music started and it was something by Muse (I forget the exact song) but then just before the words to the song came on the music switched to the rickroll song (I don't know what the hell its called) and he starts singing along to that.

The reaction from the audience was priceless, although I knew what was going to happen but I hadn't told anyone.

Sad, my lawyer is dying.

Strangely, though I met him through his law firm in Portland, we grew up in the same neighborhood in S Cal. His younger brother and I may have even crossed paths in HS.

On the flip side, one of my vendors just beat a bad form of cancer. He was in terrible shape for quite some time and it wasn't looking good, but he is cancer free and recently had to get his first hair cut [since the chemo].
