You mean PF? You can pay through PayPal, last I checked, if you're concerned about your card number.

No it's not a scam. The money goes to maintain the servers, and other costs associated with running a large forum.

I just bought a bag of frozen sea bass fillets from a door-to-door peddlar. I have no idea if this is a good idea or not, but he pegged me as a fishoholic and I was putty in his hands.

We have pickup-truck vendors with freezers in the bed hawking steaks, roasts, etc. They avoid this house like the plague after I have driven them off enough times.
