How can a permanent magnet produce magnetic field?

What, if anything, would cause a permanent magnet to lose its 'power'. Time or heat? Would it eventually be reduced to zero?

in a previous post it mentioned if the magnet is beaten out of shape it changes the alignment of the electrons or something? Sorry just skimmed over it thus losing its magenetism or 'power' because there are less electrons facing the same way

When a conductor moves around permanent magnet it produces the magnetic field. The magnetic field produced is proportional to the speed of the conductor. The magnetic field decreases as the far from the magnet.

I've noticed that many replies below are attributing "Electrons" to the production/polarization of magnets. Unknown to regular mainstream physics is the fact that there are no such things as "Electrons". In 1903, Aether physics was sorrendered for particle physics and particle physics attempts to explain/represent electrical current by the electron. There are NO Electrons and NO Gravitons and even using either of these to so much as represent the charactoristics of their actions is a grave misuse of articulation.

To understand electrical current one must understand that electricity is a by-product of magnetic current. Likewise, magnetic current is a by-product of electricity. Aether has both and each have positive and negative currents going in all directions all the time all at once. Throwing a magnet across the room will align the Aether field energy at close proximity to the now moving magnetic field of the magnet in motion and produce an electrical current in the air or space/aether the magnet is occupying at the time of its passing and then this charge discipates as the magnet is no longer in that vacinity. So, polarizing Aether is how one gets electricity and polarizing Aether with high voltage is also how one gets a magnetic current. If an object nearby is conductive, say copper for example, the copper wire simply becomes a conduit for the current to flow through either towards ground or back to a closed loop system where there is no ground or still yet, siphoned into the aether itself or even siphoned out of/from the aether itself in which case more current starts to flow in a conduit than was originally there. This is known as Zero Point Energy and exists everywhere if you know where to find it. Read more about Tesla's classified works in this area. A one way electrical current of high voltage is moved along fast enough while being condensed, it begins a syphoning effect of energy from the aether and over unity occurs EVERY TIME! This is of course Forbidden Knowledge and only brave rougue scientists enjoy braving these factual discoveries.

Everyone here MUST study Aether physics to discover what mainstream science academia is attempting to restrict from you by lieing about the existance of "Electrons".

On another note, if four neodymium magnets are placed about 15 cm s from each other in a square formation and four electrical coils are placed in the center of these magents with a shaft in the center of the coils, the manets will cause the shaft to turn. The magnetic fields that are frozen into each magnet will now flow towards each other in the square formation, the N attracted by the S and the frozen magnetic field then becomes a flowing magnetic field as the attraction to each other occurs, this flow cause the electrical by-product in the copper conduits and the electricity's by-product of magnetic current fields then act upon the iron/magnetic cylinder making up the shaft which then TURNS! This is forbidden technology.
