Measuring impact force of an air gun pellet on a dilatant mixture
Hi,
I'm working on a science project involving the testing of a dilatant fluid and its impact resistant properties. I am going to be firing a pellet from an air rifle from about a meter away. I need to measure the impact force of the projectile once it collides with a bag full of my dilatant fluid. I need a cheap and efficient method/instrument because my resources are limited. Any ideas?
