Hidden Markov Model

Hello,

I`m wondering if anyone knows of a good (free) "off the shelf" hidden markov model program. I am trying to learn how to use them and would like a software implementation to mess around with (i.e. to train one and then use it to decode a new set of visible states).

Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with these models???
