How to obtain time constant of servo motor

Hi,

I have a Futaba FP-S148 servo motor and i need to obtain the transfer function of the output angle to the input voltage. i cannot find any info on this servo that helps me. i can assume just the mechanical time constant and model it as a first order system for my problem.

Can anyone help me either find this info or tell me how to obtain the transfer function experimentally?
