Hi. I am trying to calculate the hole carrier density in a quantum well. The expression I have is as follows
P_{qw}=[tex]\sum\int\rho(k)[1f_{v}(Evn(k),Efv)]dk[/tex] I'm not sure how to integrate over k space. Can someone give some pointers?
