How many braneworld scenarios?

When people refer to the notorious "10^500" solutions of string theory, they are talking about possible different compactifications. However, as an "alternative to compactification", it is possible that our world is confined to a 4D brane. Are there similar statistics counting how many different braneworld solutions we can have in string theory? Would it be as large?
