multi-emitter bjt with equal forward and reverse gain
I am looking for some published references or designs which describe bjt's (pnp or npn) with at least comparable forward and reverse gain. How large can this gain be?
Also, wondering if in the multi-emitter mode, the emitters may form parasitic bjt's with one another, or is this not an issue. Thanks in advance. |
