Is there any Ebook reader that is capable with equations?

It is known that many Ebook readers such as the Amazon Kindle cannot process equations. This is of great distress to me considering that a good portion of my scientific library consists of lecture notes and monographs (Which are usually in a PDF or PostScript format).

Are there any commercially available Ebook readers that could process things like equations, figures, and tables?
