how to determine Al4C3 amount

Hi, I produced a ceramic-metal composite but there is some Al4C3 phase in my composite, it is possible to determine Al4C3 amount by using Rietveld method (XRD) but I do not have a chance to do it. Is there anyone who has an idea to determine the Al4C3 amount in the composite in another way?
