Extracting video from damaged VCDs


what's the best way to extract video from damaged VCDs?

the final video needs to be in mov, mpg, mp4, wmv or similar format...

Extracting video from damaged VCDs


VLC is pretty reliable, even for damaged files. Typically, if it won't play in VLC it isn't salvageable.
