Pioneer anomaly and quintessence
Is the pioneer anomaly due to quintessence? I thought this was interesting

You may find this interesting. The Renada paper cited in the above article, quoting Einstein (in 1912) invoking the constancy of the speed of light only in a gravitationally flat reference frame (no gradient in gravitational field strength). Got to find that paper next.
