Si surface self-diffusion critical condition?
Hi,
Could anyone provide the detailed information of Si surface self-diffusion critical condition? I mean the minimum temperature, pressure...etc. Furthermore, what is the respective Ds(Diffusion coefficient) of crystalline-Si and amorphous-Si under same temperature/pressure ? Thanks for whom kindly give the information! |
