Which immune cells are responsible of destroying foreign cells?


Which immune cells are responsible of graft rejection?
I have read that the Tc lymphocytes can not recognize a soluble antigen or an antigen on the surface of a foreign cell. The antigen has to be processed within the host' cells, so Which immune cells are responsible of destroying foreign cells?
