creating a resonating wave in a fluid.
I want to design a tube filled with fluid and closed at one end and at the other end a resonating membrane that would be set at the resonating frequency of the tube. Also, I am wondering what this would look like inside the tube. Would there be a wave that would travel in the fluid that would cause a varying density back and forth within the tube? I envision a shock wave of varying density within the fluid. Would this be difficult to build?
