Which way does a towel dry fastest?

I would think it would depend on the level of humidity.
If humidity was at 100%, would a fan even dry a towel?

There are too many variables and not enough information to answer this. The size of the towel, the amount of water in the towel, the amount of sunlight that is hitting the towel, the temp and humidity of the air, density of the air, speed of the air, etc.
