need help with a question

I honestly am just totally stumped, i don't know where to start, i have looked through all my notes and i can't find a thing to help me.

the only think i can gather is
a:
Pb = 15Pd
but i don't know how to work out Tb
(that is if Pb is the vertex, if it is where is the other one?)

If its possible to help me thank you very much
