Error Propagation
1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data
I was wondering if I did this right. I have to take the partial derivative of the equation below. N is an integer number having no uncertainty. 2. Relevant equations Fc= (4pi2mn2r)/(T2) 3. The attempt at a solution This is what I got as an answer with first respect to m, then r, then T, then n: σ2Fc = ((4pi2n2r)/(T2)2 σ2m + ((4pi2mn2)/(T2)2 σ2r + ((-8pi2mn2r)/(T3)2 σ2T + ((8pi2mnr)/(T2))2 |
