Single Point Spectrum Analysis using ANSYS

Hello,

I am carrying out an SPRS using ANSYS with a frequency vs acceleration graph input.

1. When I see the stress results, are these stress values in the structure "at resonance"?
2. If the first natural frequency of the structure is out of the range of the excitation frequency, i can still see some values of stress. Do these values mean anything?
