Air conditioner-Transient response

I am searching for any link or any mathematical modeling for a theoretical transient response of an airconditioner in a hypothetical room .

I am interested in the transient period of the operation of cooling untill it reach a balanced state that is well expressed by the set point temprature of the room.

please help me if you have any references or links.
