gamultiobj how to put summation constrain

i want to put 3 constrains for gamultiobj function


1 - summation from i to j (pij) =0;

2- 0<=pij <= 1
i made this one by
lb = 0;
ub = 1;

in the gamultiobj input values but what about (1-) the summation

please help me
