Best software for webcast/online lecturing?

Hi all,

I'm looking for some software to produce physics online lectures/conferences/courses. For example, I'm looking at something like CERN's webcasts where video and PPT presentations are dynamically integrated (e.g. see: http://cdsweb.cern.ch/record/1384486/). Could not find any reference to the software they used. Do you know how this is done and/or about some pacakges capable of producing similar interactive videos?

Try using gomeetnow online meetings and presentations service. It allows you to conduct webinars, online lectures, online presentations, online meetings, video conferences, web conferences etc. It is very easy to use and costs only $12.95 / month.
