Longevity of clear Polycarbonate used in Electrical connectors

I have invented a new type of electrical connector. The connection of two wires is accomplished by mechanically compressing a conductive (copper) spiral around each wire. I am planning to use Polycarbonate as the insulator/mechanical housing. These connections need to withstand creep, fracture etc for many years - 50 to 100 years probably. This invention is patented.
