Error problem

So we have this value:

I= 1.20 * 10^{-4}


We know that ( ΔI = 1.5% +1)

So the error is

ΔI = +/- 1.5/100*(1.20*10^{-04}) +1

ΔI = 1.8*10^{-06} +1 = 0.0000028 = 3 * 10^{-06}

ΔI = (1,20 +/- 0,03)*10^{-4} ??
