Heating Requirements for Forging Process

I have a forging process that requires a round piece of steel (8620 hot rolled) 4" diam x 29" long to be heated to 1950 deg. F.

My production requirements are 1 piece be at temperature every 6 minutes.

I have run some numbers with respect to heat requirements and heat flow rates through the material and basically wanted to get some input as to whether my calculations are correct or not.

What would be the fastest heat up time of this part based on a furnace temperature of 2200 deg. F?

Thanks in advance for any input.
