Probability of my grandchildren having Lujan-Frynz Syndrome?

I think I might have Lujan-Frynz syndrome. I know that is an X-linked recessive disorder, so males are statistically more likely to inherit it than females unless the females are homozygous for that mutation. I'm not married or in a relationship with anyone. Obviously I won't know the genetic makeup of either my children or their spouses because I don't even have children yet. Let's assume that their spouses will all be US citizens. What are the chances that my grandkids will have Lujan-Frynz syndrome?
