polyethylene copper nanocomposite

i am doing project using polyethylene(HDPE Grade) and copper nano powder. i want to prepare nanocomposite using these two materials. i had gone through various literature in that the melt mixing technique using twin/single screw extruder is adopted to prepare this.
for this method what form of polyethylene is suitable(Granule/Pellets/Powder)?
Is there any size restriction for HDPE
if i can use solution blending is it possible to fabricate the same?
