If I were to put about 80 g of lead into 80 g of water boiling at 100 degrees, after about 5 minutes, would the lead attain approximately 100 degrees or would it be significanty less?

the heat capacity of lead is 129J/(kgK) and water is about 4187J/(kgK), which is more that 30 times, if we assume the no heat loss in the system, also assume the initial temperature of lead is 20C(room temperature),yes, the lead will be 95+ degree C, very close to 100
