Is Courant's Calculus Book Suitable for AP Calculus and Cost-Effective?

Could I use Courant's book for an AP Calculus class? Would it cover all of the topics in the AP Exam? Also, does it have anything on related rates. My teacher asked us for homework to find out whether rhis book is manageable (cheaper)
