Hello all

I am given this question in my chem lab,
"If a solution contains both Cl- and I- and both of their concentration is 0.5M , Is it possible to determine the amount of Cl- and I- independently by using gravimetric analysis ?"

I think it is not possible because they are interfering species to each other and they are pretty much the same in terms of properties.

thanks for any help !
