How to measure optical penetration depth of polymer film?
Hi,
Let say I have a polymer film made by spin coating or drop casting. Any idea how to measure its optical penetration depth? I know that we can use Beert-Lambert [1] law but I'm still confuse how technically I could do that. kind regards, yfir 1. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beer%E2%80%93Lambert_law |
